Palabra is an automatic speech recognition and synthesis platform. Offered as a SaaS solution and structured in micro-services, Palabra adapts to your needs and can be integrated with your IT infrastructure. Services are available in French and English, with or without results storage.

How It Works

Palabra accounts are linked to users and services

Users are associated with roles that define a user’s level of access to the platform’s functionalities (including access to services). Three possible roles: administrator, operator or observer.

Once a service is created, a user (with the required access rights) can obtain a service token allowing him/her to use the service for a limited period of time. At the end of this period, a new token must be generated.
